Vladimir Philogène is an entrepreneur, creative leader and speaker based in Montréal. His perspective comes from building—not only imagining.
For more than 20 years, Vladimir has worked across directing, writing, production and photography. His journey has meant leading teams, making decisions with limited resources and finding ways for ideas to become real.
As the founder of Five Star House, he has built a space where creators can bring their own work to life. Through Destinaytion, his vision extends to creating visibility and opportunities for voices that are too often overlooked.
That experience shapes the conversations he brings to the stage: resilience when the path is uncertain, entrepreneurship when the resources are limited and leadership that makes room for people.
He speaks in English and French, with an approach that connects personal experience to the practical decisions his audience faces.
